Q: How do I access my account to view my order history/status?

A: In order to view your order status you must be a registered customer. Registered customer are those who create accounts with login and password information. Customers who skip registration and proceed directly to checkout will not be able to login and check their order status. Customers must register to benefit from these site features:

  • View order status and history
  • Save cart for next time
  • Create shipping/billing address book
  • Setup wish list

Q: I can't login, what should I do?
